Questions NRI families ask

How do I know the work actually happened?

Every stage is documented: photos before work begins, progress images during, and a final set on completion. You approve the itemised quotation before anything starts.

How do payments work?

We invoice for our service and supervision fee. Materials and tradespeople are paid directly, so you always see where money goes. We are not a payment processor and do not hold funds in transit.

What does “PunjabCall Verified” actually mean?

Four levels. Basic Listed means details submitted only. Verified means documents and identity checked. Trusted means we have checked the business in person or it has verified customer history. Partner means a long-term working relationship.

I do not own the property alone — can you still help?

We can, but for anything structural or high value we ask for written consent from the other owners first. It protects you as much as us.

Which areas do you cover?

We are starting in a focused area and expanding only as fast as we can verify people properly. Message us with your location and we will tell you honestly whether we can help yet.
